Goadhiyaa is a non government organization. The club has hosted two tournaments prior the clubs registration and this tournament will be the second tournament since working as a registered NGO. Goadhiyya also finds it essential to assist and partner with other community development programs with the island stake holders and consider the activities part of the clubs exclusive role to the community. The club also participated actively on 2009 Independence Day activities that were carried out island wide up for a week. In addition to that, short courses such as cake decoration, sewing, basic computing, swimming and many social awareness activities were carried out last year. Goadhiyya also implements football training sessions to the children of the island.
