Located north-east of the San Francisco Ferry Building on the Embarcadero, this park had walking paths and trees. The Gateway, the Embarcadero Center, and One Maritime Plaza were all next to this park. (Star Trek Into Darkness) In the sequence of the USS Vengeance crashing into San Francisco, this park was briefly visible. Some of the park was obscured by CGI-created trees. This 5.3 acre park, formerly known as the Ferry Park, was created after the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. [1]
