With this technique Naiko can create clones which are simultaneously both intangible and tangible. The clone are able to attack or make physical contact with an opponent while the opponent cannot touch or attack the clone, even while the clone is making physical contact. The clones are capable of passing right through an opponent’s weapon and then parrying it out of the way, while they’re still passing through it.
