The Affiliation of Outer Free Worlds was a loose coalition of (originally) thirteen planets and colonies in the Triangle region on the Alpha-Beta Quadrant border. It was also known as Baker's Dozen, due to the influence of its founder E.J. Baker, and its capital on Baker's World. (FASA RPG: The Triangle)
