Osamu channels the Rinnegan's Outer Path through the Transcendent Branch. Osamu produces arms from his body, or creates a massive hole in reality, from which countless ethereal, ghastly black arms emerge. Equipped with a unique Uchujuinjutsu, these hands will fundamentally wipe anything they touch from existence, across all realities, and because they exist outside of life and death, and well as existence, there is no defense against them. After ten minutes of use, the arms disappate before undergoing a periodic cooldown time. Like all other Rikudō Arts, the user is immune to its effects.
