The secret items are items that are hard to find and are hidden around the game. There are 6 secret items, and when they are collected, they will appear in the Room of Divine Transportation. You can die and keep the items, and the items are found in every save, even if you only got the secret item in 1 save. All secret items do nothing and are purely there for fun.
