Special Project A2007-014 - Code Name Zulu is a project under the direction of Carlos Jefferson. It's purpose is to determine exactly what four Precogs saw before they were killed in a shielded attempt to see beyond Spring 2008. Strangely, Nacht, while in a nigh omniscient demigodess form, has written for herself a card saying "Do not open until Zulu".
