In Catz 2 and Dogz 2, Arvin is your father, Ione's husband, and resident of Pawville. He is the protector of the Magic Hat. He becomes angry at you when he discovers you release Ivlet, but once you say you want to help repair the damages done, he's willing to help you on your way. When you talk to Arvin, he gives you an object called the Warp Ring. He tells you that you can use it to get around the island quicker. To use the warp ring, you have to activate the Warp Stones in all the areas.
