Barbara Wellesley was an aristocratic character from the novel Commodore Hornblower. She was the sister of Arthur Wellesley and the wife of Horatio Hornblower. She came to live with her husband in the village of Smallbridge. (DS9: "The Visitor") This character was only mentioned in writing.
