Abelt Dessler is the supreme leader of the Great Garmillas Empire. Dessler oversees an expansion of the empire across a vast area of space during his time as ruler. Despite the brutality of his regime, Dessler is inspired by his desire for closer ties with Garmillas' pacifist neighbor, Iscandar.
