When Steve brings Roger's shenanigans to light, Roger protests that Steve was also involved. Mr. Capalini acknowledges knowing about their scam after following them for weeks. Puzzled, Steve wonders how and Mr. Capalini reveals that he is really a fairy, the last of his kind after the others perished from a lack of human honesty and newspapers, both of which the fairies need to survive. As Mr. Capalini points out that he is humanity's last hope for survival, Roger smashes him with a newspaper. He also appears at the retirement home in "Stan-Dan Deliver". Mr. Capalini is voiced by Alan Tudyk.
