The Trelian were a spiritual humanoid race from the Gamma Quadrant. At least one female individual was presented as being small, with pale gray skin, brow ridges, large black eyes, and white hair. Individuals of the species are often found on journeys of self enlightenment. (DS9 novel: Rising Son) In the 24th century they twice resisted Dominion control resulting a deadly Jem'Hadar retaliation (with the Jem'Hadar Taran'atar being involved in one such strike).
