A botanical species, Affytechan evolved from a large, mobile flowering plant with blossoms that exuded a terrible scent to ward off predators. Affytechan have a single gender, with both male and female reproductive capabilities; as they reproduce through pollination, Affytechan send pollen out into the air which interacts with their own organs, as well as other Affytechans in the vicinity during mating season. Alternating generations, a pollinated Affytechan will develop two or three seed pods along their backs and bury them in a secure location.
