The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC), a partnership between NW3C/BJA and the FBI, was established on May 8, 2000. The IFCC changed its name to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) in 2003 to reflect its expanded mission in the fight against cybercrime.
