Like the Gadgemallo, the Bavian is a manifestation of a grudge that was formed when the blood of a Genma demon was spilled on the doll of a young girl when the Genma demons appeared in modern-day Paris and were massacring the humans. It also lets out an eerie laugh as it attacks humans, using blades hidden in its legs. Attacking the Bavian does not destroy it, but only sends it running back into the ground, waiting in the darkness for the chance to kill another human.
