Argus and Wess are two ocean tugs who work for Hannover, selling his stolen goods for extremly high prices in the older areas of Bigg City. They are sometimes ordered to press-gang other tugs and force them to work for Hannover in his base. Argus is the smart one, but is not very strong, while Wess is the strong one, but not very smart. They are both painted pitch black and speak in Manchester and East London accents respectivly.
