A Cosmic Void is a space between life and death. Those trapped inside a cosmic void are stuck between life and death, unable to move on. Those trapped there are able to observe other planes, though they are unable to reach them except through true love, as it transcends all planes. The only exception to this rule appears to be Cole Turner.
