Sergeant Hagopian was an aircraft technician with the United States Air Force at Edwards AFB. During the Sino-American War of 2117, he checked out Major Dmitri Gomez's F-27 on the flight line prior to his take-off. Hagopian gave Gomez a thumbs-up when things checked out.
