Intruder in the NCIS Morgue is an event that occurred in September 2013 in which former FBI agent Victor Chang invaded the morgue, presumably hoping to gain access to NCIS files. Chang, however was stopped thanks to the joint efforts of NCIS Medical Examiner, Dr. Donald Mallard and his assistant, James Palmer.
