Taking advantage of the yearly Monacus Olympics, the Quintessons launched an all-out attack on Cybertron and cut off all external communication. Through the use of some unpronounceable deux ex machina, they FLOODED Cybertron in order to give a significant advantage to their sharkticon troops and their newest enforcers...The Seacons. Both factions got shot down during their return trip to Cybertron with the Autobots crashing into an unflooded part of the Istoral chasm and the Decepticons crashing into the warrens. What followed what a guerrilla war to reclaim the planet and expel the new landlords.
