Australia is a country in the southern Pacific Ocean, southeast of Asia. While Australia is a highly secular country, with those identifying themselves as Christians going from 96.1% in 1901 to 63.9% in 2006, Christianity is still the most widely adopted religion in Australia, according to the five yearly Australian census.
