Vasto (オーリオ Ōrio, Ōlio in the Japanese version) is an enemy boss character from Fire Emblem Awakening. He and his men attack Chrom and his forces as they are trying to flee the capital. He eventually falls in battle to Chroms's forces. Vasto is portrayed to be cocky and narcissistic, claiming that statues will be made in his honor after he defeats Chrom. He is also painted as an extremely cruel character, insulting the Hierarch for betraying his comrades and later ordering for his execution by a barbarian, as opposed to taking him into his protection as promised.
