The Reconstructionists are a terran organization, tasked with reconstructing "Ghost Town", the ruins of a major township, on Chau Sara after its destruction. They came into conflict with the Pillagers, an opposing organization intent on stealing the last of Chau Sara's resources. Their spokesperson suggested that the Reconstructionists had allies, who may not have been terrans.
