Trés Bien Matches were packets of matches used for advertising Jean Armstrong's French restaurant Trés Bien. During his investigation into the murder of Glen Elg, Phoenix Wright found one such packet in Tender Lender, a loan company owned by Furio Tigre. Their presence allowed Wright to link the two locations, allowing him to discover that Armstrong owed Tigre a lot of money and thus had been forced into helping the loan shark cover up his murder of Elg.
