Hydro Robin was the last surviving member of his family, who got wiped out by an ancient demon made by Ra’s al Ghul. Because of this, he was forced to live on the street fend for himself. Many years have passed since that day. He was eventually found by the second Batman, who was once the original Robin (Dick Grayson) and was taken in by Batman and eventually became his sidekick called Hydro Robin.
