Borlov is a character from The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. He is the owner of the Chest Mini-Game Shop in Hyrule Town. The game is a gambling game, where Link gives Borlov Rupees and picks a Treasure Chest either containing more or no Rupees than the amount that he spent. Ironically, Borlov hates gambling and even tries to discourage customers from playing his game. If Link plays the game regardless of what he says, Borlov acts shocked and is knocked off his feet. Despite this, he seems strangely happy and excited when Link unlocks a harder difficulty in his mini-game via a Kinstone fusion.
