The club played in the Swiss National Championship in most years between 1908 and 1922. Their greatest achievement was winning the 1911 tournament, by virtue of a 6-4 victory over HC Bellerive Vevey in the final. Lausanne also finished as runners-up three times. Lausanne also participated in the Swiss International Championship three times from 1915-1919. They reached the final in 1916, losing 7-2 to Akademischer EHC Zürich.
