Tracy Angelica Quartermaine (previously Ashton, Williams, Hornsby, Soleito, Spencer, and Zacchara) is a fictional character on the American daytime soap opera General Hospital. She has been portrayed by Jane Elliot off and on since 1978, with her most recent run beginning on November 13, 2003. Elliot also portrayed the role on the now defunct soap opera The City from the Fall of 1996 until March 1997.
