Heralding a possible advance of his enigmatic people into the Galactic Core, Xarakis Starsunder has embarked on a sojourn from the darkest depths of the outer rim to known space. Xarakis has come to the Core for the explicit reason of learning from the principle powers in the region. Soliciting himself as a mercenary and a bounty hunter, Xarakis has also taken to running interference against his people’s known enemies within the Galactic Core. Though he has acted in the past to aid either side, Xarakis holds no allegiance to either side in the Galactic Civil War, nor to any organization native to the Galactic Core region.
