Matsui was a doshin in the Jouzousho village whi had a world-weary air about him of men who have “seen it all”. Matsui and his companions Shin and Bondo reported to Otomo Zusan. The samurai was a dissolute man who allowed the three doshin to handle any problems that arose, as several disappearances and a murder, caused by a Bloodspeaker cell. A group of samurai visitors exposed the cultists, including Bondo.
