Wesley Archer was a sadistic murder that was born in Kinnimoore in 1977. He lived a normal until he left home in 1995. He rented a flat in London, from where he launched his one man campaign against the world. Over a period of three years, Archer killed 98 people in twelve countries. An animagus, transforming into a ferret, he easily slipped across borders. During this time, he never once used an Unforgivable Curse. He was finally apprehended in San Francisco in 1997 through a joint effort of the Office of Justice and the Royal Guard of Kinnimoore. He was extradited to Kinnimoore, where he was executed in 1998.
