God is an immortal supreme being seen in the 2000 film Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger Part 4. He was portrayed by Hank the Angry Drunken Dwarf. God appears to live in Heaven(population 16) with his many Angels. He is encountered by the Toxic Avenger and Sweety Honey when their trying to return to their own dimension. When they see him, God is reclined as an Angel lists off names, and God lists the diseases that will kill them. God agrees to let Toxie back to his dimension, and returns asks for Toxie to tell the Pope to stop talking to him.
