Burton Todd Howell (January 25, 2987 - January 25, 3081) was the 41st Governor-General of New Englia and the second CEO of a company to hold the position. Howell's two terms in office were spent focusing on the reconstruction of the country following the civil war. His best moment was the passage of his "3 points plan" which calls for the reconstruction of the country's infrastructure, culture and finances. He left office in 3038 to pursue a life outside of politics
