The Scrin Tower Research Center was a facility established sometime after the Third Tiberium War in order to study the Scrin Portal that remained after the alien invasion. Prophet Kane and General Secretary Evelyn Rios were both on the site when the Nod Separatists leader Gideon attacked through the Nod Tunnel Network in an attempt to kill both leaders. A Commander along with Colonel James were dispatched to prevent the attack and defeated Gideon's forces. & File:CNC4 Gameicon.png
