Bill the Lab Guy is a scientist on Action League Now! who makes failed experiments. He is mostly useless to the team when they need his help, and speaks in a monotone voice. His catchphrases are "There's nothing I can do!" or "Oh no! I was afraid of this!" He is voiced by radio personality Jim Krenn, who also voices other characters on the show.
