In Destroy All Humans! 2, during an interrogation by Reginald Ponsonby-Smythe, Crypto is asked what he remembers about his mother. It is revealed in several situations that she was rather abusive toward Crypto, and hardly ever showed him any care or compassion such as beating him with a hot iron and comparing the cloning tube in the saucer to the biological mother, which, in his opinion, the tube was warmer. Crypto most likely inherited his homicidal nature from her.
