As their name suggests, the Psycho Qwarks were crazed copies of Captain Qwark. They wore a doctor's attire and were armed with a chainsaw. They were usually found in groups, although they were would sometimes attack alone. Unlike other copies of Captain Qwark, the Psycho Qwarks had red eyes and would not speak unless they were attacked.
