The series involves CBW articles, MOCs, art, or stories being reviewed by Echo 1. Every now, and then, though, he reviews non-Bionicle fanfics and material of his choice. His voice is accompanied by a sprite of Echo showing emotions related to Echo 1's comments. It also has a song being used as a sort of 'theme' for the episode, which is played at the opening and closing of the episode. In the credits, Echo 1 often has a humorous title before his name, such as "Unafraid to Offend" or "Dislikes Spiders".
