Matoi Daikon (probably Japanese name order) is one of the student Ninjas sent by the Yama Dojo to count coup on Whateley Academy by stealing something that's supposed to be protected. He's the team leader and a quite good martial artist, with excellent control of his Ki and a number of Ki attacks. In keeping with the theme naming of the team daikon is a large white radish. In the first story, he faces off against Chaka, who's simply better. She puts him down by using his super-secret paralyzing nerve strike against him.
