Runelord Belimarius was the ruler of the Thassilonian realm of Edasseril, the Realm of Envy. She is said to have been a heavy-set woman who spent all of her time consumed with various intrigues. Little is known about her queendom, and those few records that have survived, make it out to be one of perfect harmony and effeciency.
