Mr. Newman is a neighbor of the Botsfords. He has long dark hair, a full beard, and a thick unibrow that covers his eyes. He appeared in the episode Big Baby, where Becky babysitted his "pet" plant Rex, a dinosaur-shaped Chia pet that Mr. Newman seems to have a strange obsession with. There is a portrait of him and Rex hanging in his living room, as well as a picture of him and Rex taking a trip to Paris. He also appeared briefly in Time-Out with Two-Brains, where he is seen taking a selfie of himself with Rex in front of a clock tower.
