Carlos Sainz, Jr. (born 15 September 1994 in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain) is a racing driver who made his Formula One début for Toro Rosso in 2015, alongside Max Verstappen, who also made his début. Sainz and Verstappen are the first two drivers to race in F1 who were born after the death of Ayrton Senna. Sainz was inducted into the Red Bull Junior Team in 2010, and won both the 2011 Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup and the 2014 Formula Renault 3.5 Series. He is the son of double World Rally Champion Carlos Sainz. __TOC__
