If the Bone Pillar has already been raised, it can be lowered again by activating the same panel again. Getting to this panel requires re-entering the Kitchen. The Kitchen Door Key must first be collected from the hall south of the Arena, then the Kitchen can be reentered by using the door on the south wall between the Banquet Hall and the Kitchen.
