Amish Jack is the identity Jack assumed when he went into hiding after becoming unable to pay $6,000 to a bookie. Jack began to feel as though he could stay with the Amish for good, and start a new life. Unfortunately, he took Eric with him, who was unable to keep his hormones in check. When the Amish people started throwing pitchforks, they both ran for it.
