A very strong attack spell. This spells creates a swirling, black vortex of death. First it moves to the point designated by the mage. If it is a foe, it will follow them. Then it will move to new targets. It literally drains away the foe's life energy. However, it is totally harmless to the caster and their party. Thus, casting it on oneself will create a zone of death around the caster without any side-effects.
