The Quarter Pounder is a hamburger served at McDonald's. This is one of the trademark products other than the Big Mac; it appearance is also similar, only the Big Mac has an extra bun in the middle while the Quarter Pounder does not. It is a 4-ounce all beef patty, topped with ketchup, mustard, slivered onions, two dill pickles, and two slices of cheese, all on a sesame seed bun.There was another variant of this product, the Double Quarter Pounder following the Big Mac, the Quarter Pounder was made the second meal on the extra value meals.
