Kanka are leaders of shinobi villages involved in the Shield Union. Kanka are not only classified as head of the village but are also considered Spiritual Leaders by their peoples. The Kanka are basically Kage apart from small details such as Kanka must be able to use their Ninjutsu for construction, farming and educating. However all Kanka have different views and beliefs but all follow this philosophy.
