The Elegante was a hotel in Old Town owned by Joe the Elegance and managed by Phillip Cuneo Jr. It also contained the office of Don Phillip Cuneo. It was patrolled by ten armed guards and was strategically located near several other well defended businesses, enabling re-inforcements to arrive within seconds if necessary. As well as being the Cuneo Uncle's office, the Elegante was the favourite hotel of the Old Town Chief of police, who often travelled there to meet with Don Cuneo. The hotel changed hands during the Five Families Mob War, when the Corleone family moved in on Old Town.
