Koutsuu is a town ran, built and contained by the Yamatians who stayed behind in the Libaterran heartlands. It was built during the siege of Lutherin in the years of the Yamatian Invasion but has since become semi-independent after the Great War ended. It is not a big town now, the ravages of battle still left behind, it has been left for the new residents to clear up and build homes from. It is growing, but still remains only a collection of shacks and huts. Koutsuu has become a protectorate of the Magicracy of Alent after the Cataclysm, providing the city with wheat and meat via its farming communities.
