__NOWYSIWYG__ Seidon lives inside the underwater temple. He gives the protagonist a Wing Set and a Propeller to get to Papaya Island, along with instructions on how to use them. He is possibly the grandfather of Iwasuke, since he has a propeller and wing set in the underwater temple.
